We recently kicked off 2025 with Optimize, Innovate, Win, a showcase of the latest product enhancements, additions and more we’re making in Q1. Here’s a quick recap of the session in case you missed it or want a refresher:

Highlights from Shoppable Where To Buy

We’ve made a number of exciting enhancements to Shoppable Where to Buy, with an emphasis on the importance of further boosting engagement and maximizing conversion. Key updates included:

  • New additions: Shoppable landing pages now support product variant browsing, allowing shoppers to select their preferred options directly.
  • DoorDash integration: A game-changer for last-mile delivery, brands can now leverage DoorDash’s network of 500,000+ local stores, ensuring faster delivery and enhanced visibility into the shopper journey.
  • Meta Social integration: Commerce Manager integration that enables brands to create Advantage+ catalog campaigns. Creating personalized ads at scale on Meta​, optimizing promotion and placement​ and targeting with dynamic carousel formats.
  • Custom Commerce API: Our new API Accelerate Suite lets users create even customized shoppable experiences, fostering a consistent and cohesive journey across digital touchpoints.

Developments to Prowl, Price & Stock Intelligence

Our Prowl, Price and Stock Intelligence tools have also seen significant advancements. Our development teams have expanded the software’s ability to highlight price transparency, improve stock visibility, and enhance brand protection. Key announcements included:

  • AI matching enhancements: Advanced Artificial Intelligence ensures greater accuracy in monitoring pricing and MAP violations by analyzing product titles, attributes, and web pages.
  • PROWL Assistant: An advanced workflow automation tool tailored for MAP enforcement, saving time, improving communication channels and prioritizing actions. 
  • Screenshot verification: Updates to the screenshot system improve accuracy and provide faster, more reliable proof of pricing violations, which can then be leveraged in discussions with retailer partners.
  • Stock intelligence: A tool still in development that tracks stock status and stock trends among retail partners, enabling users to restock efficiently and ensure product availability in every store.
  • Price intelligence insights: Deep price trends, competitor monitoring, and greater promotional compliance tracking capabilities allow for easier, more informed decision-making.
  • 3rd Party Marketplace reporting: Track third-party sellers starting on Amazon and Walmart to capture crucial insights from these two retailers, which hold 50% of the e-commerce market share.

The digital-first shopper journey

Shoppers are discovering, researching and purchasing from brand-owned media more than ever, and they require omni-retail data in their shopping patterns. We’ve taken significant measures in our platform development to address the growing significance of brand-owned media and omnichannel commerce to tackle the countless challenges and opportunities it presents. 

Using the existing infrastructure and innovations to our Shoppable Where To Buy, Prowl, Stock and Price Intelligence solutions, brands are better-equipped than ever to optimize their owned assets – from websites and various social channels to digital ads – for maximum engagement and conversions. For example, we are now offering users the ability to seamlessly integrate with Meta, enabling them to create dynamic, personalized campaigns on every Meta platform.
